ASO/HRO Overview
ASO/HRO services are different than a PEO for a few reasons.
PEOs are required to do their client’s payroll by the Department of Labor.
PEOs operate on Co-Employment.
ASO and HROs are different because they don’t require any specific services. You have the freedom to pick and choose the services that you need.
Remember that you won’t experience the same savings as you do with a PEO.
ASO/HROs offer Payroll, Health Insurance, Workers’ Compensation, Human Resources, and Retirement. They are great for small and large companies because of their service flexibility.
