We don't charge to help you find a PEO. If you would like us to negotiate with your current PEO, then we charge a percentage of what you save - typically 25%.

+ How do you make money?

We are compensated by our PEO partners if you decide to join them. We have pre-negotiated rates we are paid, and because it's standard we aren't incentivized if you pick one solution over another.

+ How do you get the best deal for your clients for PEO?

Because we are experts at PEO, and over our careers have built strong relationships with the nation's leading PEO providers.

+ Which PEOs do you work with?

We work with over 417 PEOs stateside and internationally. A lot of the PEOs we work with you have heard of, and others you likely haven't.

+ Which health insurance carriers do your PEO partners offer?

We have Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthCare, Oxford, Humana, Tufts, and Kaiser Permanaente. The plans range from HMOs, EPOs, POSs, PPOs, and HDHPs. The PEOs also offer an extensive list of ancially coverages like dental, vision, life, disability, etc.

+ Why would I use Dinsmore Steele over going direct to a PEO?

If you only look at one or two PEOs, then you can't make an educated decision because while each PEO does the same things, they all do them differently. When you work directly with the PEO, remember they are working to have you join their PEO, so they aren't unbiased.
